30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to start a return
Email venturibeautystore@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending a package back.
Refunds
After we receive and process your return, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show it.
Damaged or incorrect items
